Order your Car, Truck, Van and Sports Utility Vehicle Accessories online or do so by phone or fax. We will deliver products to you anywhere in the country. If you're there, we are there too!
When placing your order on our website, please make certain that you provide complete and specific information regarding your Make, Model, Year and Vehicle Application. Our fulfillment staff relies on accurate information about your vehicle to get the right part to you. DealerStore is not responsible for malfunction or non-fitment of parts if complete vehicle information is not provided at the time of order. If an incorrect part is sent due to inaccurate vehicle information, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the part back to our warehouse.
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Charge, Discover and American Express. We do not accept credit cards drawn on international banks at this time.
WARNING: We use a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card. Doing so will result in prosecution to the full extent of the law.
We process and prepare orders for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) from receipt of orders and ship the majority of our products via FEDEX or UPS. For large or exceptionally heavy items an extra freight charge may be required (over and above any Free Shipping offer or standard shipping rates). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees. You will be contacted via e-mail with shipping charges within 24 hours and your order will only be processed after you have approved the charges. Shipping addresses must be street addresses. NO PO BOXES, APO or PPO ACCEPTED.
If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, we must receive an e-mail requesting cancellation within THIRTY MINUTES of your order being placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We offer no guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled after this time period.
Orders that are cancelled outside the allotted time period that have already shipped will require that the customer pay all shipping charges to return item and a 20% Restocking Fee will be charged.
Orders CANNOT be cancelled via phone call alone. If you call requesting cancellation, you MUST also e-mail to confirm that your order is cancelled! If an email is not made to cancel your order, DealerStore will NOT be responsible for lack of cancellation!!
Damaged Merchandise Claims
You must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. For your own protection, DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Please e-mail us immediately if the item is damaged.
Returned Goods Policy
Should you need to return product please use the RMA form. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and tell you where to ship your merchandise back to. This is for your protection, as well as ours. Be sure to return all parts and paperwork in its original packaging or wrapping. All RMA's must be requested within 10 days after delivery if a refund is wanted. After 10 days, up to 30 days a store credit will be issued for you to use towards another one time purchase. If returned merchandise is delivered to our warehouse more than 30 days from RMA date, only a store credit will be issued.
Any orders returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for replacement or credit. All orders must be returned to the warehouse or manufacturer location listed on your RMA Form. No orders should be returned to Dealerstore's corporate office. If you send an order to the corporate office, we will deduct an additional shipping charge to ship to proper location.
ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR NON REFUNDABLE, THESE INCLUDE: Seat Covers, Dash Covers, Floor Mats, Painted Spoilers and Hood Scoops. Center consoles can be returned however you will be charged a restocking fee for this product line.
We use restocking fees to keep our prices down so you can continue buying at the lowest prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, there are more costs to handle the return. Many times we offer free shipping on orders and we may have to repackage your order to sell it to another customer if it is returned and damaged in shipping. We ask that you research and place your order carefully. If you need to cancel your order or return your order we have to pay special attention.
A 20% restocking fee is assessed against your refund if you cancel your order after shipment.

DealerStore is unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
All returned items will be examined upon receipt. If the product(s) is not in new condition, including original packaging and RMA paperwork, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement.
If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest place a new order or e-mail us. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Installation and Suitability
While most accessories can be installed with common tools, we make no claims as to the product suitability or function. We cannot be held liable for damages to merchandise caused by your installation, negligence or error. Check local laws to make sure the accessories you purchase are "street legal".
Image & Typographical Errors
We check our information very carefully before updating our websites; however, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information including pricing without notice.
Refunds are processed once all paperwork from our warehouse or manufacturer is sent to our corporate offices. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for refunds to show up on your credit card. If a requested refund does not show up on your credit card please e-mail us so that we may expedite your refund. Remember all refunds are subject to the 20% restocking fee and any shipping fee
