Where We Ship:
We ship to all locations in the continental United States, Hawaii,
and Alaska.
At present, we
cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office
(FPO)
boxes. We currently do not accept or ship orders internationally.
What forms of payment do you accept?
MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted for
online
orders. If you place an order by mail, we will also accept Checks and
Money
Orders made out to DealerStore, Inc. Checks must be cleared by the bank
prior
to shipment.
Can I change a payment method after submitting an order?
No. Once you have submitted your order, the method cannot be
changed.
What about credit card security and my online transactions?
DealerStore uses (SSL) technology to send your credit card number
to our
computer. SSL sends your number in an encrypted code, which only
DealerStore
and its agents have access to and can open. The credit card information
cannot
be accessed for future purchases.
Shipping Charges:
FedEx Ground or UPS Ground will be used to ship all products except
those
indicated Truck Freight. Use the chart below to determine what your
shipping
costs will be.

How do you handle manufacturer’s warranty?
All merchandise we offer is subject to the Manufacturer’s Warranty
and
Restrictions. In most cases we are authorized by the manufacturer to
handle or
assist with warranty claims directly. Warranty claims will cover
replacement or
repair of the parts only and will not cover labor/installation charges,
damages
or shipping charges. We respond to your warranty claims based on the
manufacturers’ suggestion as to how the claim and warranty should be
considered.
Typographical Errors
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we
will
notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that we
cannot be
responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right
to cancel
any orders resulting from such errors.
